How to... make a delicious ice tea?
Add the 'cold brew' ice tea bag to 1 liter of cold and filtered water. Let it steep in the fridge for at least six hours. Add fruit of your choice. Enjoy this delicious and healthy cold brew ice tea!
PLEASE NOTE: when you use Intermittent Fasting (Matchapolitan) Lifestyle, you can only pimp the cold brew ice tea with fruit in your food window!
Where do you store your ice tea bags?
The ice tea bags are best stored in the resealable packaging at room temperature.

Our pure matcha from Uji Japan is also available in vegan capsules! An easy and perfect choice for detoxing your body and you also give your body an energy boost.
For some people, the taste of matcha is too intense, it's described as an umami taste. Of course you can mix the matcha with a milk of your choice, making the taste of matcha softer. But if you don't have the time of find the taste too intense, the matcha capsules offers the perfect solution.
How to... take your matcha pill?
Take one matcha capsule during or after a meal with plenty of water.
With an Intermittent Fasting lifestyle you take one matcha capsule in the morning and one matcha capsule when breaking your fast.
We recommend not to take matcha capsules after 4 p.m. because of a good night's rest.
Maximum of four capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.
