How to... make the best matcha?
Using the bamboo stick, take a maximum of 4 grams of matcha and place it in the matcha bowl. Add a small amount of water (70°C) to the matcha bowl, then whisk the matcha and water together until smooth. This is also called "brushing." Add more water (up to 100 ml) and whisk the matcha with a free hand until a nice foam forms. Use an "M" motion, making sure the whisk doesn't touch the bottom of the matcha bowl.
How to... keep your bowl in the best condition?
You can wash the bowl with a little dishwashing liquid or you can put it in the dishwasher. It is important to dry the bowl afterwards to prevent moisture from seeping in.
