   Why WAY OF LIFE resistance bands?

'Ode to my father' - says Pieter
 Finally, I can give something back. My entire IFM LIFE project is truly profound. Not many people know this, but everything went into overdrive when I spent several months at my father's deathbed every day. During these months, with a vague end goal in sight, I made two resolutions.
 First, that in these last months, I was going to tell my father everything I never said, but should have said at some point. My father had dementia. I didn't know how long he'd be around, nor in what way, but I told him everything. Right up until the last week, he told me about the creativity of some entrepreneurs. How proud he would have been of all this: a stability workout during fasting, and preferably a shot of Matchapolitan, which creates that conscious positive state of mind. A different level of meditation in a workout, resulting in double the fat burn.
 And secondly, yes... that damn dementia. I read then that fasting could also have positive effects on our state of mind, Alzheimer's and dementia. You can understand why I started looking into IF.
 How awful, dear friends. This story is 200% true. Because... brace yourself, when I asked the doctor how long my father had left to live, he replied: "No idea, it could be years. But if people can no longer stand, it goes quickly, experience tells me." And it was true. I think my father had a really hard time standing for the last seven weeks. From that moment on, I started strengthening my core with exercises, and now I'm taking it a step further with resistance bands. And of course, I want to share them with you.
