What is a ME-NO Capsule?
ME-NO capsules are specially formulated for women during and after menopause. Each capsule contains hop extract, L-arginine, zinc, vitamins B6 and D.

Why did we develop these ME-NO Capsules?
With an in-house hormone expert at Cafe Couture, a supplement for menopausal women was a must. In collaboration with hormone expert Josephine Meyer, Cafe Couture has developed a supplement that focuses on the deficiencies that arise during menopause.
Unfortunately, hormone production decreases significantly when women enter menopause. The female hormones estrogen and progesterone, in particular, decline during this phase, even though they have many positive effects in our bodies . They are responsible for various important processes in our body, such as mood, memory, rest, and temperature regulation.
This makes it easier for deficiencies to arise, which is what we want to avoid at all costs. This supplement addresses these deficiencies.
Cafe Couture manages the ME-NO Capsule filling process in-house, located in the Netherlands to ensure optimal oversight. We work closely with a leading laboratory, which we consider a significant added value. Together with this laboratory, we meticulously examine the ingredients we've combined in this ME-NO Capsule. How to… take your ME-NO Capsule?
Take a maximum of 2 ME-NO capsules per day with sufficient water.
If you follow an Intermittent Fasting Matchapolitan Lifestyle, we recommend taking one ME-NO capsule at the start of your food window and one ME-NO capsule with the last meal of the same food window . Take a maximum of two capsules per day with plenty of water.
Our supplement line is designed so that ME-NO complements Multi Fast Female, Fasting Plus, and/or Immunity capsules perfectly!
