The Story

A tea plant called Chaicha, or Narcissus, grows in the province of Fujian. After plucking, the tea is dried in the sun or in a closed room untended. The leaf shows many shades of green, is voluminous with different structures, and has a nice array of longish, silvery-white leaf tips. The cup color is a shimmery amber tone, while the taste is elegantly spicy.
