The Story

The matcha bamboo spoon, also known as chashaku, is a traditional tea-accessory which is used for scooping up the pure matcha.

Our pure Premium Matcha is packed in the appropiate sealable Café Couture cans and you keep these in a dark and cool place after opening. Therefore it is useful to purchase the bamboo spoon to easily transfer the matcha from the can into your matcha bowl.

How to... keep your bamboo spoon clean?
Rinse the bamboo spoon under lukewarm water after use.  Never use soap with the bamboo spoon. We also strongly advise not to put the bamboo spoon in the dishwasher.
