The Thai street food restaurant in Amsterdam asked us to create a fruit infusion that can be served at the end of a meal to soften their guests palate.
Whoever thinks of Thailand conjurs up images of elephants eating banana's, an abundance of palmtrees hanging full with coconuts and a royal display of exotic fruits that flourish there. Or at least, we do..! Mix all of these together and you have an oasis of exotic and mellow tastes, all combined into one glass.
This blend is also great base for an ice tea or a tea cocktail!
